I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (#14915) in the state of North Carolina with experience working with individuals and couples across various populations and settings. In 2008, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina Agriculture & Technical State University. In 2013, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of North Carolina-Charlotte.
Through my work as a paraprofessional, I was inspired to become a mental health counselor. I truly believe that God has equipped us with everything we need to do life; however, during the struggles of life we forget and need a little support accessing and applying the tools God gave us.
In 2019, I was excited to earn my Master of Arts in Counseling from The University of North Carolina-Charlotte. I specialize in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, relational challenges, and life transitions.
When I am not in the office serving clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children. I love serving in my local church and community. As a wife, mother, and counselor I have found my faith to be an anchor during difficult seasons in my life. I truly believe that God's grace is sufficient to carry us through anything we may face in this life.
"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness".
